These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

White 100s and 1000s:
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup.

Purple 100s and 1000s:
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colouring: Carrot and Blueberry Concentrate, Carnauba Wax.

Shimmery Purple 100s and 1000s:
Sugar, wheat starch, glucose syrup, colours: E120, E132, E171, glazing agent: shellac

White strands:
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac)

Large lilac chocolate balls:
Milk Chocolate (53%) [sugar, cocoa butter (20% min), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min: 32%], sugar, stabilizer,: arabic gum, maize starch, colour – E120, E171 glazing agent: E464, carnauba wax, beeswax

Matt Lilac rods:
Sugar, wheat semolina, colouring (E120, apple extract, lemon extract, spirulina extract), stabiliser (arabic gum).

Matt Pink rods:
Sugar, wheat semolina, colouring (E120), stabiliser (arabic gum).

Purple strands:
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E120, E132, E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac)

Matt Lilac chocolate balls:
Milk chocolate (53%) [sugar, whole milk powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min], sugar, starch (wheat/ maize), glucose syrup, stabilizer: arabic gum, rice starch, colourings: E120, apple extract, lemon extract, spirulina extract, E171, glazing agent: carnauba wax.

Silver balls:
Sugar, WHEAT Flour, Starch (WHEAT / maize), colouring (E174), Glucose Syrup, Stabiliser (arabic gum), Geletine (FISH)

Large Silver Rods:
Sugar, wheat semolina, colouring (E174), stabiliser (arabic gum), gelatine (fish)(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of these rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)

Dark purple chocolate balls:
Milk Chocolate (53.1%) [sugar, cocoa butter (20%min), whole milk powder, cocoa mass, emulsifier: soya lecithin, natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa min: 32%], sugar, stabilizer,: arabic gum, rice starch, colour – beetroot concentrate, apple extract, lemon extract, spirulina, E171 glazing agent: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac

Pink crystals:
Sugar, Glazing Agent (Shellac), Colours (E120, E171)

(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of the large rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
