These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

Glimmer Blue Strands: 
Sugar, coconut oil, glucose syrup. Colours; E133, E171. Glazing agents; beeswax, shellac.

Blue Glimmer 100's and 1000's: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colours; E171, E131. Glazing agent; shellac.

Gold 4mm Pearls: Sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, colours; E174, E160a(ii), E100. Stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, gelatine (bovine), glazing agent; shellac.

Gold Rods: Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina. Stabiliser; arabic gum. Gelatine (FISH). Colours; E174, Ε160α(ii). Glazing agents; carnauba wax, shellac.

Dark Blue Glimmer Confetti: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, colours; E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

White Glimmer 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; E171. Glazing agent; shellac. 

White Confetti: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour.

Red Strands: Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated vegetable fat [palm], water. Emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colour; E129. Glaze [glazing agents; (shellac, acacia gum), sugar].

Red Glimmer 100s & 1000s: Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac. 

Red 4mm Pearls: Sugar (74.8%), WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents: carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.


(PLEASE NOTE: the centre of these rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)

Mixes may vary ever so slightly if we do not have a certain sprinkle in stock.
