MOJITO - SPRINKLE MIX

These pretty cocktail inspired sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

White Glimmer Sugar: 
Sugar, Glazing Agent (Shellac), Colours (E171)

Natural Green 100s & 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colouring: Apple, Spirulina and Safflower Concentrate, Carnauba Wax

Silver 100s & 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colour (E171, E153), glazing agent (shellac)

Glimmer White 100s & 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colour (E171), glazing agent (shellac)

Metallic Silver 4mm Pearls: 
Sugar, WHEAT Flour, Starch (WHEAT / maize), colouring (E174), Glucose Syrup, Stabiliser (arabic gum), Geletine (FISH)

Silver Rods: 
Sugar, wheat semolina, colour (E174), stabiliser (arabic gum), gelatine (fish)

Mini Jelly Limes: 
Sugar, glucose syrup, water, EGG white, gelling agent (pectin E440), acidulant (citric acid E330), acidity regulator (natrium citrate E331), flavouring, colour (E100)

White Tablet Hearts: 
Sugar, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids, glucose syrup, stabilizers: E460(i) & E464, gelatin (bovine), emulsifier: E472a

White Polished Pearls: 
Sugar (74,9%), wheat flour, starch (wheat/ maize), stabiliser: Arabic gum, glucose syrup, Glazing agents: carnauba wax , beeswax and shellac

Glimmer White Strands: 
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac)

NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
