MONSTER HIGH - SPRINKLE MIX

These pretty sprinkles are perfect to glam up your cakes, cupcakes, cakesicles and biscuits etc.

Ingredients:

Black Matt 100s & 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Vegetable oil (coconut), Glazing agent (beeswax), Colouring (E153)

Pink Strands: 
Icing Sugar (sugar, potato starch), Maize Starch, Un hydrogenated Vegetable Fat, Water, Emulsifier (Rapeseed Lecithin), Glazing Agents (Shellac, Acacia Gum, Sugar), Colour ( E122, E124).

White Glimmer Strands: 
Sugar, Vegetable Oil (coconut), Glucose Syrup, Colours (E171), Glazing Agent (E901 with coconut oil, shellac)

Mini Pearlescent Pink Crispys: Sugar (57%), Milk chocolate (30.6%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min)]. Crispy cereal centre (11%) [rice flour, WHEAT flour, sugar, malted WHEAT flour, WHEAT GLUTEN, salt]. Stabilisers; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids, E460, E464. Cocoa butter, colours; E172, E120. Emulsifier; E472α (contains SOYA). Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Blue Metallic Rods: Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina, colours; E174, E131. Stabilisers; arabic gum, agar. Glazing agents; shellac, carnauba wax.           

Glimmer Pink Stars: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E120, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Dark Blue Glimmer Confetti: Sugar, sunflower oil, potato starch, rice flour. Colours; E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Black Bats: Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colour: E153

Tablet Black Bats (C): Glucose, sugar, maltodextrin, corn starch, E153.

Bright Pink 100s & 1000s (C): Glucose, sugar, maltodextrin, corn starch, E123.

Bright Pink 4mm Pearls (C): Glucose, sugar, maltodextrin, corn starch, E123.

NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
