Green Glimmer 100s and 1000s: 
Sugar, WHEAT starch, Glucose Syrup, Colour (E131, E171, E100), glazing agent (shellac)

Gold 6mm Pearls: 
Sugar, WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, colours: E174, E160a, E100. Stabilisers: arabic gum, agar. Glucose syrup, glazing agent: shellac.

 

 

Gold 100s/1000s;

Sugar (82,2%), WHEAT starch, maize starch, glucose syrup, colours: E174, E160a, E100. Stabilisers: arabic gum, agar. Glazing agent: shellac.

Christmas tree shapes red white and green: 
Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour, colours (E101, E120, E133, E171), glazing agent: shellac.

Large white snowflakes: 
Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour.

Mini white snowflakes: 
Sugar, rice flour, rapeseed oil (partly hydrogenated), thickener - tragacanth.

Candy Canes:
Sugar, rice flour, fully hydrogenated rapeseed oil, thickener tragacanth. Colours; E120, E160a.

Large Lime choco balls: 
Milk chocolate (66%) [sugar, whole MILK powder, cocoa butter (20% min), cocoa mass, emulsifier; SOYA lecithin. Natural vanilla flavouring, cocoa solids: 32% min]. Sugar, stabiliser; arabic gum, sucrose esters of fatty acids. Rice starch. Colours; E133, E100, natural vanilla flavouring. Glazing agent; carnauba wax.

Red Strands:
Icing sugar [sugar, starch], maize starch, un-hydrogenated vegetable fat [palm], water. Emulsifier; rapeseed lecithin. Colour; E129. Glaze [glazing agents; (shellac, acacia gum), sugar].

Large gold stars:
Sugar, potato starch, sunflower oil, rice flour. Colours; E101, E171, E172. Glazing agent; shellac. 

Glimmer red 100s & 1000s:
Sugar, WHEAT starch, glucose syrup. Colour; concentrate of radish, lemon, blackcurrant, E171. Glazing agent; shellac. 

Green mix glimmer pearls:
Sugar, dextrose, glucose syrup, WHEAT starch, colours; E101, E133, E171. Glazing agent; shellac.

Polished red pearls:
Sugar (74.8%), WHEAT flour, WHEAT starch, maize starch, stabiliser; arabic gum. Glucose syrup, colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents: carnauba wax, beeswax, shella

Red rods:
Sugar (74.9%), WHEAT semolina, stabiliser; arabic gum. Colours; E120, E160a. Glazing agents; carnauba wax, beeswax, shellac.

NOTE: the centre of the rods are made from Wheat Semolina (raw pasta). Whilst edible, this product is very hard and crunchy (but they look amazing!!)
