SCALLOP GANACHE BUTTERCREAM PLATES - SET OF 2
Our set of 2 ganache plates are the ultimate must have tool for creating pretty scallop cakes.
Our plates have been designed to fit standard size sponges. For example our 6 inch plates will fit 6 inch sponges we have allowed for buttercream/ganache.
Our 8 inch plates will fit 8 inch sponges.
HOW TO USE:
- Simply place your sponge in the centre on one of the plates (we have added a circular line on the plate so you can ensure you sponge is nice and central.)
- Then place your other plate on your top sponge. Ensure the hearts are lined up top and bottom on each plate (this will ensure your scallops perfectly align.)
- Next, add you butter cream or ganache and scrape round the plates with a flat scraper to form the scallop shape. Chill your cake in the fridge, then remove the plates.
Available in 2 sizes, 6 or 8 inch. Wash you plates in warm soapy water before first use and dry.
